Our Organogram
The management positions report to the Executive Director and comprise the District Manager (DM BK) for Bo, Kenema and Kailahun districts; District Manager (DM MK) for Northern and Kono districts); Western Area District Manager (DM WA) for Western Area; Business Development Manager (BDM); Human Resources Manager (HRM); Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (MEM); Finance and Administration Director (Fin/Admin.) and the Advocacy and Campaigns Director (ACD). The Management positions have line management responsibilities for the thematic leads that report to them. The Thematic Leads provide technical support services across the organisation as may be required over time. The Learning and Development Officer (L&DO) lead and Civil Society Engagement Officer(CSE) leads report to the DM BK and who in turn line manage the 2 Programme Officers, of which 1 is the Gender Programme officer (GEO). The Education Officer (EDO) lead and Economic Justice Officer (EJO) lead report to the DM MK and who in turn line manage Programme Officers. The Governance Engagement Officer (GOVE) lead report to the DM WA and who in turn line manages a Programme Officer.
